The Contact page collects the name, email address, enquiry topic, message, and consent indication that a visitor chooses to submit. A message may include a match link or field description when a visitor reports a possible data issue.

Please provide only information needed for the enquiry. The form is designed for support, match-data corrections, privacy requests, and advertising enquiries.

The website and its hosting, security, and analytics services may process technical information such as request time, page address, referring page, browser and device type, IP-derived network information, error events, and security signals. This information supports delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, aggregate measurement, and service improvement.

Contact-form content is submitted through a protected application request. STARBUzz does not intentionally place the message text or email address in the page URL.

STARBUzz retrieves cricket records through a protected server-side provider connection. A visitor’s browser receives normalized STARBUzz records and does not receive the provider credential. Ordinary page viewing is separate from the Contact form and does not require a visitor to submit personal information.

Information is used to operate and secure the website, respond to the selected enquiry, review match-data correction reports, manage privacy requests, understand aggregate website performance, diagnose faults, maintain records, and comply with applicable obligations. Where consent is the basis for a contact submission, the visitor may withdraw that consent by contacting the privacy and grievance channel.

Hosting, database, security, analytics, and communications providers may process limited information on behalf of STARBUzz when necessary to provide their services. STARBUzz does not intentionally send contact-form names, email addresses, or message text to advertising tags through page URLs.

A hero-banner action may open an external WhatsApp conversation. When that action is selected, the visitor leaves STARBUzz and WhatsApp processes the interaction under its own terms and privacy practices.

Share only the information needed for the enquiry. Do not share passwords, payment-card details, API keys, government identifiers, or other sensitive credentials through that conversation.

Contact submissions are retained only while reasonably needed to review the enquiry, maintain support and compliance records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Records are reviewed periodically and deleted or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably required.

STARBUzz uses access controls, protected application requests, server-side credentials, and managed hosting safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No online service can eliminate every security risk. If a personal-data incident requires notice under applicable law, affected individuals will receive available information about the incident, likely consequences, response steps, and a contact channel.

Subject to applicable law, a person may request access to a summary of personal information, correction or updating of inaccurate information, erasure, withdrawal of consent, grievance review, or nomination of another person to exercise applicable rights.

Use the Contact page and choose “Privacy request,” or email KnowMore@eyrus.com. STARBUzz may request reasonable information to verify the requester and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

The public cricket-information service is designed for a general audience. If a parent or lawful guardian believes that a child submitted personal information through the Contact page, they may request review or deletion through the privacy contact.

Technical service providers may process information in locations where they operate. STARBUzz applies contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.

For visitors in India, this policy is intended to support the transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, security, and accountability principles described in India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework.
